If you are in a fight for 5 minutes without finishing it, you automatically lose.
Your target had initiated a fight at 19:26 and was still in the fight with only a few seconds left of that 5 minutes when you attacked them.
The 5 minute "too slow, you lose" rule sent them to hospital 5 minutes later, at 19:31
Seems like an unfair situation to someone who initiates a fight. It should re-trigger countdown each time someone new joins.
That would just invite players to pay new players to lock someone permanently in an attack. It is not unfair, you just need to be observant, you can see the time the other player initiated the attack and if they are close to timing out. Only join the attack if you know you can beat your opponent in few seconds before they time out.
