Part 1 - ATTACKING MERITS

Okay, for this part, i am going to show straightforwardly the easiest merits to hunt; some of them are self-explanatory on how to build'em, but if i feel the need to add some information, it will be done.

Those 3 can be done by doing NPC fights, those fights are always coordinated on discord and you can also use some extensions like TornTools:

GUIDE FOR NPC FIGHTS

Okay, yet on attacking:

At first glance, this may look hard, but it does not specify the value or the player you need to hit, so a good way to farm those is to ask friends to help place a bounty at your level-up targets. 1$ Bounties are enough, for the start of the game, i would push 100 bounties, asking for friends and just naturally play and get the other ones looking for real bounties on the newspaper.

The next ones are SUPER EASY, since doing NPCs will help you to speed up the whole process (thanks to the distraction mechanic) ;

Except for the last 3 (Devastation, Obliteration, and Annihilation), you may need the help of a Deadly Bonus, like this one over here :

These weapons can be found at most Faction Armories and can be used by anyone. Check with your faction leader to buy one if they do not have one already (they are kinda cheap). That said, if you know that the next NPC RUN is near, ALWAYS ASK BEFORE retrieving this Shotgun, since your friend may be going for the DAMAGE merits.

The next ones are SUPER easy, you can even use some events as an opportunity to farm the kills with certain weapons...

Okay... now a bit of information, at Halloween we have a HUGE attack event, and "Scary Weapons" give some bonuses for prizes when you kill someone using those, with that in mind, consider using your First Haloweek to farm the MAX NUMBER OF KILLS with a CHAINSAW

They are fairly cheap, can be bought at the Big All's Gun Shop, but i do recommend you find one with at least 26 Accuracy, trust me, this is the only mechanical weapon that does DMG, and this is the ONLY time in the year that its accuracy will have something to make it worth using.

Besides that one, the other ones are possible to work through Ranked Wars and Daily stuff.

But again... even if you make 100 hits with it, keep going, you will have a merit that asks you for 1000 finishing hits with every type of weapon:

That said... play smart, use your opportunities well.

Those merits will be easy to reach at Halloweek too, but they can also be done at your weekly Ranked Wars when the enemies are "medding out" for us and stay at the One Hit Kill HP zone.

When Ranket Warring, in Termed matches, asks for someone to trade kills for this one below:

At Halloween, every kill i make i hit MUG... and a lot of people to the same thing, so if you are hitting active people, click MUG at least til you get this merit.

Stay the whole event, trying to have only 6$ on hand for this next one:

For the next easy merit we have:

Normally, it would be a hard one, but since we now have CATTLE PRODs, you can just make 24 hits with the cattle prod and finish a weak target with another gun. You can also use a PILLOW... but the cattle prod will stun your enemy and save your HP.

The same goes for this one, you may just need a bit more tries:

The next merits will also need some strategy, but they start super easy:

Well, as you can see, the first 3 ones are fairly easy, but the last one is HELL:

Rounds fired  1,155,781 << those are my stats at the time i am writing this tutorial, i am weekly active in wars, i do my daily missions, and sometimes i run a mugging spree... even so, i barely make 70k+ hits PER YEAR!

,

Last wee

Yeah... that is a catch bonus, but lemme tell you how I've managed to make more than 900k hits in a year... the WHOLE SECRET IS HERE:

With the Minigun, you will be able to push your ammo dump faster, but as you can see, this is not a good weapon for Missions and RW fights, so where should you use this? IF YOU GUESSED NPC FIGHTS YOU ARE DAMN RIGHT!

REMEMBER TO INVITE YOUR SPOUSE FOR ANOTHER MERIT!!!

Let's work with the worst-case scenario, at every NPC fight you will dump AT LEAST 200 bullets, we have 5 NPCs (Plus The Bunny at easter times, Ma'Ol and friends at Haloweek and Scrooge at Christmas) if you join and empty your minigun at least 1 time, it will be 1000 bullets per run... 4000 or 5000 bullets per day!

Yes, it is wild... but every NPC fight comes with the chance to get NPC Rewards that are worth a good money. Which also gives you ANOTHER MERIT!

There are ways to make it faster, but you need to put your hands on an Egg Launcher, which is a 20b weapon; even renting it is super expensive and demands a huge collateral. You do you.

Just for the sake of curiosity: Yes, there are only 15 in-game, and yes, they dump 1000 eggs per reload. + 30% bonus from MODs.

Let's move on:

Find a trustworthy company coworker that you can beat to help you with this. Ask the person to:
1 - Set the Domino Effect honor bar;

2 - Hold 15m o hand (inform that you are going to mug and send the money back);

3 merits with one hit... if you have the chance, check if their Spouse is someone that you can beat and go for another merit:

The next one will be my PLEASURE TO HELP WITH! But i am SURE that PirateOni will be happy to help.

Ask for it at faction chat and attack any of our leaders after he says that you are good to go. Easy like that.

For the next one, you will need to equip a Shotgun and wait for the time when Big All's Gun Shop gets any / or both of its security systems offline and shoplift the place:

It has a good chance to give you Special ammo for the weapons you are using (or maybe I'm just lucky). When you get an Incendiary Gauge, you will be set... You can also use your mission points to buy a pack of Incendiary Gauge (Shotgun Ammo), but in my opinion, you should be holding your points to buy MODs with a special price and books.

PART 2 - EASY CRIME MERITS.

Well, I am going straight to the point here: There is no SUPER easy way to approach crime Merits with Crimes 2.0, and at the same time, most of the merits are super well explained at crime guides in the forum:

[Crimes 2.0] Bootlegging: An in-depth guide

[Crimes 2.0] Shoplifting: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Cracking: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Disposal: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Graffiti: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Scamming: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Forgery: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Burglary: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Card Skimming: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Search For Cash: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Hustling: An In-Depth Guide

[Crimes 2.0] Pickpocketing: An In-Depth Guide

As i said, there are a lot of merits to explore through the crimes, and only your Crime Experience will say the crimes you can handle. That said, go for the steps in the guides and try to push 10k of each type of crime.

You should also consider Busting and Bailing targets at the jail!

Here are some Scripts to help with crimes and Bust/Bails:

[Userscript] Lazy Crimes

TornTools - FOR PC USERS

And for those who play on Mobile, search for TORN PDA at your App Store.

PART 3 - General Daily Stuff Merits

So… about the drug merits, the sooner you get’em, the better it will be since it is kinda cheap and fast and you won’t be losing much of you OD (and you will)

Except by those 2 over here that are really nice to complete during the 4/20… but you can push this stunt on regular days too.

This ones can be done at our normal Ranked War days; they don’t need much explanation, you just need to know that they are there to coordinate.

This last ones are easily done if you coordinate with your leaders during the wars.

Those are super simple, and they are here just to let you know that they exist and are super easy to reach.

The Prank ones need a bit of attention since the targets need to be in a stat range that you can beat. Your stats must be similar for a good success rate.

The travel ones are REALLY EASY, and you can profit some bucks while doing it.

As you can see most of those will “autocomplete” while you are searching for the first ones, and I think that this one here will be complete after all the travel locations merits.

For this one you will need to follow this guide bellow, but it is also super easy.

OVERRULED!

The Award will show up straight after finishing the last interview.

Thanks to 420243 and PsycWard.

DONE, this is the only easy merit for work that is not something that will autocomplete as you play.

PART 5 - EASY MONEY-RELATED MERITS

I am going to drop it here, even considering that it may be an introductory mission that asks you to invest in the bank.

Super easy... talking about super easy, let's proceed...

1- If i am not wrong, the first one has a helper at Torn PDA and Torn Tools;

2- play with a friend, make some 10$ runs, or join random 10$ runs;

3- this one is just RNG but won't take long;

4, 5, 6- They trigger after some spins on each wheel;

7- find a friend, each one bets 50m, you win, give the money back, your friend wins, done;

8- if you go for random 10$ rooms, you will be done with that in no time.

Get a trailer, lease it to one of your faction leaders for 100 days, costing 100$; those numbers are necessary? No.

So... let's talk about Honor Buy...  at the Points Building, if you scroll down, you will be able to see those

For the first time, you get a Hairstyle and a Backdrop, you will get an honor bar.

And if you scroll a bit more, you will find this:

Some of them are REALLY cheap, and others can wait a bit more.

Remember that you can also BUY 1 MERIT for each 2 levels you upgrade! Also costly but super necessary later on.

Also super easy. And this is it for money-related merits.

PART 6 - THE REST OF IT.

And here... some that are also kinda easy:

If you stack 4 Xanax pre-war, you will get this one.

Do your missions kids....

The first one needs you to keep praying 1x each day for X days w/o breaking the streak. And the other one asks you to go to this place :

https://www.torn.com/archives.php#/

and scroll through the pages slowly... You can ALSO read that since it is fun and full of gags, but just a scroll is enough.

If you read all of that, you got a bit more into the game, i am sure that it will help you with a super start and to become a better player.

feel free to R+, feel free to R-.
