What if couples could have children after being together for X amount of time and they could just work like npc henchmen?

Suggested many times before and also just a few days ago.
People aren't a fan, given the adult nature of Torn's world. It ends up in some not great places.
My suggestion is play the game for 1 year, then make suggestions.
