Some help needed

I just opend a pub my first company i have 1 employe but i cant buy goods to seel in the pub.some info needed pls

Not sure what's causing you being unable to buy goods unless you simply don't have enough money to buy them. I've never ran a company before so I'm not sure how that works. 

Though I will tell you that running a company at your age is a very bad idea. You should be focusing on growth, but companies typically only cost money - they won't make you any money, except for a select few, and even those do still take money to get started. 

When you do get around to the point where you should be able to run a company, the same rule that applies to starting a faction also applies to companies. Making a new one from scratch is never recommended. It's always better to buy one that's already established. 

Sell it back to the system. Like weav3r said, you don't have the capital, the education courses or the stock benefits to successfully run any company from the ground up. Join a player run company that benefits you either financially or via perks. 

Edit: I recommend music store for battle stat progression via the benefit of unlocking better gyms earlier which opens up more opportunities to financial gain. 

Iirc pubs are one of the comps where you have to balance making and selling stock (think mining, farm, oil rig ...) so you can't buy your own stock :) they're not as bad as farms, you should be able to have a couple emps setup to make stock and a couple setup to sell, but if you only have one employee you'll need to set them up to make stock for a couple days before you swap to sell mode (like farms)
