Can we craft items?
Like if you have a pressure cooker, can you fill it with the scrap metal and H2O to make it pressure cooker bomb?

At the moment, the closest you'll get to crafting items is in the Forgery crimes.
As Ken said currently there is no crafting mechanic and the closest thing to crafting is forgery.
Will be there any crafting mechanic in the futurre?
Maybe, however i doubt it will happen soon. But who knows, maybe it will happen in the next year.
That's a cool idea, but as others said, currently not a thing
You can craft a dirty bomb in a faction, does that count?
You can craft:
- A frosted prison cake
- Dirty bomb
- Exploding parcel
- Parcel of sadness
- Souped up cars
- Drama
