Device: samsung SM-S928B Android: 15 App version: 2.2.54

 

We had around 500m positive in faction funds (outside of member Balances) Kicked a member this morning, and they subsequently returned, then we paid them their faction balance of 760m now we have -260m?  (Numbers changed to make maths easier). 

 

It seems that there is some weird condition that if a member leaves with balance and then returns and you pay them their positive balance it duplicates potentially? 

 

Looking at our faction funds history I cant see where this money could have gone other than this one transaction causing an issue.

If a member leaves and returns, their balance remains unchanged. Even when the member just leaves and does not return, you will still see their balance in the list and faction balance accounts for this value (meaning the faction balance will not change just because a member left or joined). You went into negative balance due to some other transaction that you will have to figure out. It is most likely the case that you paid out your OCs and increased member balances to an amount that sent your faction into negative. The money earned through OCs is placed in faction vault under faction balance when the OC completes. When you make a balance payout for the OCs, the balance from faction is reduced and subsequent amount is added to player balances. If money from faction vault was removed after completing the OC but before the payout, then the faction will go in negative balance.

 

I have verified that all transactions are correctly updating the balances and there's no issue with member leaving/joining.
