As for dates when certain things were added, unless someone remembers the exact time which im not sure is likely, you can look over old announcements in the announcement forum for major changes that happened to the game.
You can also find the patch notes on the wiki.
For example if you go the territory wiki page and scroll to the bottom, it has the link to the territory beta patch note and so on
On the topic of when things were added..... What is RESPO ? I see it mentioned a lot in the wiki, but it is never explained what it was.
Respo was a complete Torn recode. Torn was once a true text based game with very very few images. It resembled a crudely concocted website. Functional, but missing any sort of flair.
Respo changed that and started introducing a lot of the standard web features on the site today, including images, icons, ect.
The sidebars were done first, and it kind of branched out from there.
