Probably almost 9*. Almost 9 months old, VERY loyal and high stats employees, because most of them are from my own faction. I want to retire as a director to get hired into an Oil Rig.
The price is set at 250m. Since it's almost at 9* imo, it's NOT NEGOCIABLE! The Oil Rig can wait so I don't have a problem waiting for the right buyer at the right price.
Obviously, it is fully upgraded. The faction is set as plug and play, I won't change any settings so you can rest assured you have the best settings set when you buy it.
