You will have to clear your browser cookies for Torn from your browser settings (specifically the rfc related cookies) or or do a fresh login to resolve the issue. There's already a confirmed report on this issue in developer's queue.

Sorry CJ but you’ve played this game as a genuine player unlike most of the other Admin. How can “clear your cookies mid push” be a suitable answer?
When was this buy first reported? (You normally link that) how long can a bug which literally breaks the game be left open in the devs queue?
You are only required to clear a couple of cookies that I mentioned to resolve the issue and it will not come back. This is happening because of a corrupted cookie on client side from what I gather. And here's the confirmed report on this topic.
