    I believe that OC is "No Reserve" which open a new crime "Bidding War" if successful the payout is on "Bidding War" and the payout will be distributed to all participant for both OC, "No Rserve" included

The crew infiltrated the military repair base and made off with a fully operational Humvee. Having found the vehicle unresponsive, a fresh battery and fuel were added. A guard spotted what was going on, but he was subdued before he could raise the alarm. When a second guard tried to radio in, Mithra got into a brawl but eventually took her down in brutal fashion. With the path clear, the team climbed aboard and disappeared in the Humvee. See less

As Blazeon said - The reward was the spawning of the next OC in the chain.

It is why there is no payout button, no respect or scope awarded, and where that WOULD have displayed is a link to the newly spawned OC (which you can use to see which OCs are part of the same chain)
