Hello so I got graffiti to level 100 got all cities to five stars and got every single unique. My question is is there any reason to continue keeping it at five stars or just stop?

Nope no reason, unless you need 10k vandalism crimes still, it's a good time to move on
A note, it was revealed today that Arson would share the vandalism category with graffiti - so might be worth it to wait on 10k until after you are done with the new crime :)
Nope, if you have all at 5* simultaneously and got that merit then there is nothing else to hold you here.
You can always go back later if you need to for any reason - but for now move onto getting some of your other crime skills up :)
once you got all merits, you should stop.
crime not worth the money and there's not much anything there.
you can do it if you want to do 10k vandalism medal, but you can also get it later once new vandalism crimes released (only God and Ched know when).
