I was looking at this bazaar https://www.torn.com/bazaar.php?userId=2917986#/
The Jacket was unlocked for me, but when I switched to Delta ordering, the Jacket doesn't show up when scrolling down (it does appear if you use the Search bar to search for it). The jacket doesn't disappear in any of the other orderings. (A couple of other people took a look and it happened to them too)
Relatedly, I've noticed a couple of other minor issues with the bazaar display:
1. On rare occasions, I'll see the same item is displayed more than once in a bazaar (sometimes stackable items, so I know it's not a different instance of the same weapon. And when I buy the item, it'll disappear from the rest of the bazaar).
2. Sometimes rows of items become invisible when scrolling down - This appears to be related to some people's signatures, turning off signatures resolves this issue.

There's no Jacket listed in that bazaar, do you have any other live example?
