Appears there's a small grammatical error in some of the Arson listings.
I noticed a Bungalow target listed as 'For Closure' but it should probably read as 'Foreclosure', the legal process in which lender forces the sale of property to recover debt when the borrower defaults on payments.
Taking a guess here, but the misspelling is like your name. Clever. It's a pun and that bungalow will see closure via fire.
