Greetings Employees
It’s been a long time since it’s been said, but I would like to review our goals on this company. We are thriving to be a great company that makes a lot of money and it’ll take time, inactivity, addiction and employees leaving will burden us. So it’ll take longer to acquire a strong company that is well maintained. I know the pay is poor compared to the more successful ones, it’s not that we don’t want to increase everyone’s salary. We just have a marginalized budget that is too low on profit to further increase employee wages 😱.
My goal is to help Erash build a self sustaining company that has great employees. We have good people but we love loyalty. I have spoken to people that run as a director and it came to my attention that I could mimic other companies and monopolize on training making 250k per train and easily get 750k per day. I value helping people and want to contribute to people’s growth. It’s not that I didn’t know what others do. I value to help people be a better version of themselves. Please don’t be faltered on the wages you earn. We are trying to accommodate you the best we can… we just don’t have the efficiency YET. We will get there and to those that stick around… can’t wait to have you guys swimming in success as we picture it.
