It's a better question for your faction chat.
Basically a group of people from your faction will join an organized crime, plan for several days and finally execute the crime.
If your faction cannot explain it in detail you're in a wrong faction. Find something better.

An Organized Crime is a group activity performed by members of a Faction in order to gain cash and respect for that faction, as well as Crime Experience for the members involved.
