At your stats and networth, I'd avoid it for now. You would be a very easy/attractive mugging target, and even if you self-hosp it would take pretty much all of your savings just to acquire a single mediocre RW weapon, which you would have no guarantee of reselling at a profit.
RW weapons are nice, but battlestats are king. Use your money on a combination of 1). Building passive asset income, 2). Enough points and xanax to regularly be using a lot of both to get more energy, and 3). Happy jump supplies. In that order.
