Has anyone noticed the new travel location? Looks like a nearly 17 hour flight via PI, despite showing 53 min on the flight screen

Edit: Attempted to fly with a BCT. Time was cut down to 10 hours, but it gives an error saying the country doesnt exist

Going even deeper into Lovecraftian lore it seems, hopefully this doesn't mean we have to spend half a day to get to M'aol?

Yeah no, the potential to get an Arcane Box and a big MAYBE of 1 of the OP items for 1 year isn't worth it for me to fly 16 hours wasting a lot of Halloween E.

BCT is gonna be OP though if the flight times are affected by it, but now again, is an extra-dimensional realm really affected by Business Class travel?

Also, does Torn not have a testing server? Do they really need to nuke Travel Agency out of the water?

Maybe they are planning on organizing the final battle there? A long flight time will deter many from flying (specially low stat players when they can gain much more by not flying) thus reducing the server load. All these piñata tests and who can forget the lags we experienced last year.

R'lyeh is a fictional lost city that was first mentioned in the HP Lovecraft short story "The Call of Cthulhu", first published in Weird Tales in February 1928.

My best guess:

1.) This sunken city is being released on the live production environment to mess with us, nothing is actually going to be impacted this year.

or

2.) This sunken city is a "plan B" should the Pinata tests still result in lag at the end of next week, and the devs need a way to throttle the hits to keep a lag disaster from striking with the relatively huge increase in new players this year. The city won't be activated until Heaselys summons, so no one can camp in Mexico/Canada/etc. at the event start.
