So, maybe im crazy but there is no way that RR gives both people an equal chance of winning. Anyone know anything about this?

Also, i have played and lost 700k the last few times hoping to make it 1M. Chances of success are 70%. risk of ruin is Goal-StartingCash/Goal : 10-7/10 or 30%. For a fair game that is. To attempt that three times and to lose each time 0.3^3 = 2.7% chance. Very low.
You are right. One player has a 100% chance of winning, and the other has a 0% chance. The trick is making sure you're the one who's gonna win.
Just don't shoot yourself and you'll win
