Same getting message failed to deliver
same i cant use anything cant use faction PM or trade chats
I can't chat to no one and I know I'm not chat ban
I got it to work again. Go to an incognito browser, log into torn, type something in chat then when its successful return to pda or normal browser.

I just logged out in torn pda and logged back in. Working

Incognito browser worked for me! log in on that and try sending a chat

Still not working for me.
Mines not working either, chat faction chat or personality message anyone.
