If you go through your loggs and use the halloween recieve item filter then it'll say that there's no history of that, even if you've actively been exchanging treats for a while

That is for the 3 special NPC weapons and armor, not the treat exchange.
I have this when I select those logs
14:07:48 - 30/10/24 You were granted with 1x Crystalline Falcata
14:07:58 - 30/10/24 You were granted with 5x Stygian Darkness
17:16:33 - 30/10/24 You were granted with 1x Starshield Breastplate
You need to look through "Item use halloween basket" to find the logs that you are looking for.
