No, it wasn't, what did they rollback? Did you see a loss of progress?
Rollback is when the servers are so f**ked they have to go and use a backup from a previous time, which would mean chains losing progress, any money made or lost in the intervening duration reversed, and basically anything done between the backup and the error will be wiped.
