While we do have NPC fights and such that you can loot from, the only real "boss" currently seems to be M'aol and his minions, with their special effects such as Astral Guard, Void Shroud, etc.
My idea is to introduce a new boss that perhaps activates every time a dirty bomb is used.

Country: Torn
Health: 500,000,000
Ability: OHKOs players- under certain conditions.
- From 00:00 TCT to 06:00 TCT, he oneshots all players under level 50 regardless of stats.
- From 06:00 TCT to 12:00 TCT, he oneshots all players over level 50 regardless of stats.
- From 12:00 TCT to 18:00 TCT he oneshots all players ..... etc etc etc
- When he reaches 75% health, he one shots all female players.
- At 50 % health he one shots all male player characters, etc, etc etc.
Or you can make his ability change every hour, so players who scout his attack page can see which group is able to attack him somewhat safely during that 1 hour period.
Upon defeat of Ludicii, rare rewards are split via the top 100 who spent the most energy rejoining his fights, and lesser rewards split among the top 100 that took the least damage from him, etc.
If you dislike this suggestion above, my main suggestion regardless is to add a new boss.
