I just wanted some clarification.. i received 100 nerve from a newsletter then i remembered my 100 nerve from stocks. Tried to stream them both but it never did.. I'm pretty sure you are able to stack nerve but it's there a limit why this didn't occur?

 

please  help.

They can stack, but you did not have the nerve special ready for withdrawal today. You withdrew Points from the stock special.

... yes it did it literally says it in my log.  The seasonal newsletter... gave me a choice of nerve or energy to choose from.

Nerve/Energy is not the same as Points. You got Nerve from the newsletter and Points from your stock payout. These cannot stack because they are different things.
