Is there a faction benefits or stock that increases the job point you earn from your company and is there a stock or faction benefits that can decrease the job point needed for specific tasks

EarthFireMonkey [2620167]

Sadly not.

JP are based on the star rating of the company daily and the costs of specials are fixed. The only way to increase is to be a good employee and ensure your company reaches/remains 10*.

The director can buy stocks and complete edu that improves company performance so that will indirectly increase JP.

Joining an established faction with over 1m respect, full toleration perk tree and experienced leadership is best. Having people to be friends with and knowledgeble team mates to answer basic Torn questions greatly improves the game. Once you kmow how it works, you can decide if leadership is for you.

Second to that would be buying a faction, but to achieve the above it will cost you many $billions.

The worst option is creating a new or joining a low level faction. Commonly called a 'noob trap'. Some people might enjoy the challenge and gameplay which is fair enough, but ultimately it comes at the cost of being without many essential perks for at least a few years and often being surrounded by people with little to no idea how to play the game.

You lose new player chat at level 13 (or 336 hours of gameplay) - the green leaf is the new player protection which lasts until your 15th day.

Joining a faction which is involved in any sort of war negates the protection.

See where Cracking is? 9th on the list. You have 8 other crimes you need to level up, starting at the top, to get the skills needed for Cracking. 3 basics that aren't even CS 50, let alone maxed at 100. Go back to those first.

There are some userscripts which help you guess missing letters, such as this one

You have unlocked the first rig, so you can use that to improve how many passwords each "crack" attempt will unlock.

This guide has a few examples for as you unlock the different rig levels, and there is a sheet of different rigs viewable here

There are also 3 education courses which improve your rig performance

Guessing is just down to whether you get the right random password (when you click the box and type what letter/number you think it will be)

Cracking (using nerve to break the password and show letters) is based on how powerful your rig is.
