Layoffs (vent)

Just got layed off (more or less) for the first time, probably got about 6 months left before I'm out on the street. It's military so they dont just boot you out immediately, avoiding homeless veterans and such.

I've never made a résumé before. Never actually had to worry about health insurance or job security. Not that I haven't worked hard, just a wrong time wrong place situation. This whole thing is scary but at the same time freeing. I'm a big boy though so I reckon I'll figure it out.

P.S., any millionaire Torn denizens need a private pilot?

Making your CV or curriculum vitae is all about positivity, you have loads of transferable skills. 

You have a strong work ethic based around teamwork, discipline and results. 

You may also have extensive training in first aid, dynamic risk assessment, firearms driving specialist vehicle.....

If you want to continue being a soldier join a mercenary company. Like an actual one. Or look for a security job. I'm basing this off of your previous career. You'll pull through as you must already know what causes homeless veterans so you'll be able to pull through. Just look on YouTube how to make resumes and look for jobs while you still can. I will try to find a place to stay like family or friends.

Well look who's in charge of prioritizing military spending. Probably lots of soldiers getting laid off to maintain Hegseth's alcoholism.
