I need help to someone explain this to me
Are you sure you want to raid (faction name) ? All attacks against them will yield no respect, but the damage made will be maximized .

It means you won't gain respect for attacking them, but your attacks will cause the faction to lose 100% of the respect you'd have otherwise gained by attacking them (instead of the usual 25% lost).
You should really just get rid of your faction though. I truly don't mean to sound harsh in saying this, but you are significantly stunting your own growth and the growth of any member (presuming they're not just multis; wouldn't surprise me if they are, considering your faction's affiliation and your previous one...) foolish enough to join.
You have a networth of 3.36b. C'mon. You're better than this.
Join a real faction, and make something of yourself.
