    It is necessary until we don't phase out Crimes 1.0 system completely. Just because you don't have use for the bonuses, doesn't mean the bonuses are useless. There are plenty of players still Crimes 1.0 system who would come after …

I dunno if im gonna sound completely stupid and or dumb. Maybe or Maybe not.. 

 

Learning outcome:

Gain a 10% increase in hacking crime success rate (Crimes 1.0)

 

And 

 

Learning outcome:

Unlock driving related crimes (Crimes 1.0)

 

What is the actual use for new players to be studying this courses? Forseen we can't or don't have the option to access Crimes 1.0.. 

 

But also wont be able to do the Bachelor's without doing this Educations.. 

 

Or are there still player's who's doing crimes 1.0 who haven't done these educations?

It is necessary until we don't phase out Crimes 1.0 system completely. Just because you don't have use for the bonuses, doesn't mean the bonuses are useless. There are plenty of players still Crimes 1.0 system who would come after you with pitchforks and knives if we delete the bonuses based on this bug report.
