I imagine you would have an easier time simply looking at all the entries for 10* pubs and messaging the directors directly for inquiries regarding their hiring methods :)
They'll know better than anyone in here.

Not sure what your stats are but if you have trouble finding a 10 pub hiring you, my most loyal employees have been with me since my pub was 7 stars, so you could always consider growing with a lower star pub :)
Like CharmRiver, most of my guys have been in the company since 7* too. I look for double the min stat requirement for a role. And activity.
Realistically, you're waiting for someone to become inactive in a pub before the director is likely to replace them.
thanks Charm if you are hiring in the future call me lol
Thank you Sepesh. will anyone hire me with stats of Man: 4,007
Int: 20,123 and End: 30,766??
thanks thesaurus I ve been doing cold calls for my jobs that would be no problem on that method
Yes, definitely. Int/end sets you up for the manager role nicely. You've got over double the recommended stats for those.
10* pubs don't use trainers or promoters though, which are the other roles those stats would be good for.
For a 10*??? 👀
You're a director so I guess you'd know better than me... but I wouldn't expect anything over 9* to take him (considering the 10th star is very competitive in pubs)
