Is it worth owning a bazaar if I would only be selling plushies every few days?
Also would they get sold if I do not advertise on the forums that I have stock in my bazaar?

Yes, but a much smaller portion of the player base looks at bazaars.
I recently listed items in my bazaar, and had pretty fast sales.
