if torn is in USA. Then why it use time zone UTC + 0 aka UK time zone
Because Torn is legally mandated to follow the GMT time zone. This was a stipulation if the Torn Freedom act. The TFA was signed when the residents of torn dumped a load of coffee n the harbour in an act of rebellion against the America due to their taxation. This i why you don't pay tax to the torn government.
In exchange for being an independent county (much like the Vatican) the residents of torn pay no tax but equally recovered no benefits provided by America. The stipulation on time zone was a condition so America could distance it's self from the country of Torn City
IDK we pay some pretty f**ked item market taxes these days. Also capital gains taxes.
There's one solution...
We rebel and start ANOTHER micro country in torn!!!
I vote for the first city state in a city state. We can call it "The Fatican" and start a new religion. Then commission a new country with no land called The The Sovereign Military Order of Halter. Just spitballing here.
