I can't see the last line circled in red by just using the mouse scroll to move the vertical scrollbar down.

 

In the left screenshot I moved the vertical scrollbar down to the bottom max, but I can't see the last text row.

 

In the right screenshot I had to focus the text and press on the keyboard the arrow down in order to be able to see the last row.
