The one I'm using is by Rosti. It leverages Weav3r's Bazaar tracker.

"In the torn PDA app, click the three lines in the top left, then click the world icon next to “advanced browser settings”, then click the script icon next to “manage scripts”, then click the little reload looking icon in the top right. It’ll give you a warning message saying that it’ll re-add any example scripts that may have been deleted and just click “do it!” "
