There's no such thing. There will always be someone with higher stats than you that can 1 shot you for a successful mug. Just don't be careless. Self hosp, use ghost trades, never have an on hand exceeding the amount you intend to use per instance.
I had mugged nearly 40 billion with sub 1mil total stats.
You'd be surprised how many people just never learn to protect their money.
