There should be some type of enhancer that lets you carry items overseas. Maybe the fanny pack or backpack, you could even add a small merit system around it. Fanny pack, super fanny pack and super duper fanny pack or some other name for the 3 lvls. Lvl 1 you can carry 1 item lvl 2 is 2 items and 3 is 3 items....lvl it up by utilizing its function maybe even add perks for travel items. Also.maybe depending on the type of airport you have the carry on luggage or bag might cost some money.
Im sure there are more creative ways to implement carrying items overseas. I always find it frustrating having to wait because I was mugged, having morphine would.
You could even go the route to upgrade the actual plane you own because of the PI ...you could upgrade maybe a built in safe where you can add and remove money and at higher lvls items while overseas.
