Employee Effectiveness is honestly dogwater, I only have it maxed because pure revivers are shafted when it comes to spending merits. If you're not gonna use it on education (which you really should, trust me) at least using on bank interest since money is your #1 stat in the game. You could also go for max life or literally any of the fighting ones for RWing. Hell, even investing in a stat passive is arguably better than employee effectiveness early on.
Also most places anymore run free rotational trains, just join a company that has them and stay loyal. It'll build up.
Don't follow this guys advice, EE doesn't improve work stats it helps the company's over all effectiveness ive got it maxed to get better pay. Use merits on education and bank.
Love it when noobs think they understand the game after 2 weeks lol
