    Xanax are still present in your faction's locked armory. You can unlock the armory to get access to them. If we started sending the rewards to the leaders directly, what even would be the point of smaller factions progressing and …

In simple words, my faction recently finished stage fright OC, the price was splitted, but as this is a relative new faction we do not have the drug armory unlocked yet, so the xanax received was “voided”, this can be fixed by sending the xanax straight to the leader inventory if the faction doesn’t have the required armory for it or send it into the loot armory

 

Or if it’s a feature, add a warning to the OC if the faction doesn’t have the armory, as this alone made me lose a lot of money to pay my members as I’m in negatives and to other people

Xanax are still present in your faction's locked armory. You can unlock the armory to get access to them. If we started sending the rewards to the leaders directly, what even would be the point of smaller factions progressing and unlocking various armories for their faction?

Has the "payout as items" been disabled for that OC if you don't have the armoury now?

(It used to still let you pay them out that way to the participants)

It’s marked as paid, it’s lost until further upgrade,

 

But paying in items is possible, this was a pure knowledge issue that won’t happened again

I know this payout is locked away now until you unlock the armoury, I just meant was it there as an option at the time (so in future you can do the "payout items" version)

"Still there" as in "They haven't removed that option yet", rather than as in "can you go back and do it the other way"  :)
