Starting with 1200h watched two DVDs. Took 5 jaw breakers. 4 choc truffles . 3 reindeer droppings a tootsie rolls and 23 extra strong mints. Before doubling with ecxtasy i had 4525 happy. Its like 5k happy just disappeared?????

Guess you were looking at your computer clock instead of the Torn clock?
At 12:00 (and xx:15, xx:30, xx:45) your happiness would have reset back to its maximum.
Check what times you ACTUALLY used the items in your happiness log:
Happiness above max resets to its max value at every xx:00, xx:15, xx:30 and xx:45 mark. You took most of your boosters a minute before the reset. Next time around, ensure that you start the whole process right after the 15 mins tick so that you get full 15 mins to setup and train.
