I see on their page my interaction and the amount.
Can they see the amount?

They can see who is the highest bidder and the current highest bid, but not the amount you bid as a maximum, that is hidden.
Also, next time use Q&A forum.
They cant see your total bid amount, just what the bid is at now.
Ex- top bid is 1m,
you bid 5m,
auction takes 5m from you, but only shows the bid is $1,000,001
They, and other potential buyers, only see the 1,000,001

When you look at someone's page you see entries from YOUR event log which are filtered to include that player.
They do not have access to your event log, so they would not see what you see.
This might have been a better interpretation of the question and therefore a better answer.
