I would prefer max PI with airstrip/pilot. If not max, then hopefully in the future? Male/female, does not bother me, this is purely a marriage of convenience and a buisness arrangement. I will more than happily pay upkeep, i won't let you down as i'm active daily and i plan to make full use out of the airstrip. I can pay upkeep in advance into the vault. I already have a lump sum ready to pay. I can pay either 3/4 weeks worth in advance going forward. Or weekly, if you would prefer that to start with. I would love to earn those spouse merits. I plan to commit long term. If you're not a chatterbox, that's OK with me. If you spent the whole time not saying anything i would be more than OK with that. As i said, marriage of convenience ;) But that's not to say i will be rude and ignore any messages.
