When is Sally's Sweet Shop going to restock on lollipop? I try to watch on xx:00 and xx:30 it doesnt appear for me

shops restock every 15 mins, but not always every item.
there's also the +5secs after :00, :30
just found out it can now be a few minutes later to restock.
