So i want to extend rent for 100 day instead of 30 days.
My question is will it extend to 105 days?
I ask because i thought 100 days is the limit/cap.
Since extending for 30 days will add on to the 5 day i have left, will extending for 100 days also add on to the 5 days i have left
You would not be able to accept an extension for 100 days, it would have to be 95 days.
You are correct. 100 days is the limit. That applies to both new and current rentals.
I have properties that have 400 days total of extension already. So you can accept 100 day extension.
That's just the running total. You can only extend a rental out to 100 days, and that's including time left, you cannot go more.
The extension length you've entered would bring the rental period to 105 days, this cannot exceed 100 days.
