Go to the company discussion forum and see how much 10* meat warehouses have gone for in the past.
You can reach out to the eventual buyer to see how much they actually paid for it.
This will be give you a rough ballpark estimate. There is no hard pricing trend for things like companies and depending on whether you can find a buyer can make or break your ability to sell.
Rough estimate for 10* Meat Warehouse atm is 650-700m
