l still look under my bed at night for a monster..

Gets a bit tiring now as l get older as l visit the loo

at least 5 times a night, but still have to check under

the bed each time just in case something slipped by me..

Also have to have a night light on!

Sounds nuts l know!

But l know we`re not alone, we`d be foolish

to think so!

It may seem foolish, but it is very common with children. One might wonder what sort of monsters are you or they afraid of? What sort of evolutionary dynamic caused this phenomenon to develop in the human brain? Maybe in the distant past we were afraid of large cats or wolves or other nocturnal animals that would hunt us like prey? Maybe there is something else going on here. Maybe, you look under the bed and see nothing, but that's what the monster wants you to think? Maybe the monster is very clever, and feeds off of your energy/emotions instead? Maybe there is something watching you, stalking you, hunting you. Why do you sleep with the light on? Maybe, like the nocturnal animals that hunted humans for food, these monsters that hunt you for energy also need the darkness. When you look under the bed does it relieve you? Or does it cause more stress? Do you worry about others finding out about this? Maybe this is something shameful that you wish you could stop doing, but your unable to, almost like you aren't even in control. Maybe this keeps you up at night thinking about it. With the light on you get deminished sleep quality, causing a snowball effect that leads to more stress and more shame and more feer. If the monster is real it's winning. It's devouring your fear as sustenance. I might even argue that the monster isn't in your house, but inside of you! It's very possible that you are dealing with real demonic possession. Do you ever feel alone or depressed? Do you have any other urges you can't control? Have you ever looked in the mirror during one of your midnight bathroom trips and not quite recognized yourself? Like something was off? You flip on the light switch and you look normal, you just write it off as being tired, but when it's dark the demon inside of you becomes manifest. I'm afraid to tell you, but by reading this, you may be more aware of the demonic entity that resides inside of you. The demon is clever, and wants to keep you fooled. The demon will tell you it's not real, and gaslight you into thinking your crazy because it feeds off of your energy. Now that the demon knows you know, this little game of hide and seek might be over. I expect over the next days and weeks you will start to notice a series of new paranormal activity in your house. Items will disappear in the house only to show up days late, things will go bump in the night, you may start smelling bad/rotten things around the house. I will tell you as a warning, you need to seek a spiritual professional to help you. Once a demon attaches itself there's nothing that you can do.
