I find that is you consistently go to the junk yard in crimes and search for stuff you can make some fast money to help buy properties and fully upgrade them, I've been doing that everyday and I'm already at 4.6 million

Yes you'll pull a ton of arson materials. It dries up it seems though. Make sure you are hitting the city shops to buy and resell bricks, lollipops beer or gasoline. Easy daily money
I recommend also selling losses, you will find a lot of people willing to pay for you to attack them so they get a win.
With that money, rent any property with +1000 happy (ideally PI) so you can get more gains in the gym.
Use as much energy in the gym as you can until you get at least 1,000 total battle stats.
Then go through this list https://oran.pw/baldrstargets/ attacking and leaving as many high level targets as you can. As higher the level, more xp you will get (ALWAYS CLICK LEAVE).
Mantain a good balance of attacks for levelling and training/losing so you can still afford a PI and xanax.
Reach Level 15 and you will get past the tutorial and use flying to get more money and stop selling your energy.
1 Xanax = 2.5 mil - you can take up to 3 xanax per day easily
