Requirements and Expectations:

- Have very CLEAR communication
- Be in our discord server
- Be signed up with TornStats within our faction
     - This is a two step process. Once to sign up for TornStats, and once to be added to the faction within it.

- Must take at least 1 Xanax per day for gym training

- Be proactive about joining OCs
- Participate adequately in faction wars
