I'm trying to do a 100% items payout for Gaslight the Way, but I get an error stating "You cannot give this type of item from the faction armory". I've done the payout before so I don't know what changed.

We have patched OCs being able to bypass armory unlock permissions to access the items. If you want to access the items gained through the OCs, you will have to buy that armory upgrade. The items gained will still be held there till you unlock the armory even if you don't have the upgrades unlocked when doing the OC.
