I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.
Joined a game of RR, lost the game but instead of being hosped the regular amount of time for "being shot in the foot", it only hosped me for 0 seconds and then I immediately got mugged afterwards.

Did you have your revive on?
If attacking hosp transaction was already started RR will not override existed hospital stamp and will set the time to 0, that's intended.
