as it stands the current offer for higher is a 1m$ sign on bonus
free trains. ( Note: i am focusing trains on one employees at a time until their work stats are at least at the minimum for their roll in the business once everyone is at the minimum the trains will be given freely on a rotation.)
no EDVD tax any work points you earn are yours to spend how you choose.
