SUGGESTION

Hey everyone, how's it going? First of all, I'd like to say two things: I'm loving the game, and sorry about my English. I'm using Google Translate to write this thread.

I'd like to suggest adding Carnival week to our calendar. I see that Torn has a global and welcoming community, and we can't leave out one of the biggest parties in the world. (Maybe the biggest.)

Mechanically, I would suggest a boost of happiness and colddown reduction in alcohol for this event. 

Well first of all, you're gonna want to change that title. I'd be willing to bet that most of the down votes you're going to receive (mine included) will be because of the title and not because of the suggestion.

As for the actual suggestion, it sounds like it could be a good community event where players do fun things like take photos or do comics or something along those lines, but most of the actual events that occur or occurred are unique to Torn. Awareness Awareness Week isn't a real holiday anywhere (at least, not that I'm aware of). But good community event idea! You should get the ball rolling by hosting it in the Fun & Games forums
