If your speed is above 2billion I will lend you a Wind up RW (with 50M as collateral) and we will adjust your attack settings
These are the proper setting you will equip a Wind up RW weapon and pepper spray (any other non damage temp works)
This is to insure escapes are guaranteed to work out
